All non-emergency work will be performed Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm. However, if you require emergency service we are available 24 hours 7 days a week.

CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING PLAN
Annual Preventative Maintenance //
This service is performed annually during the plan life and includes:
  • Chemically clean indoor, if accessible and outdoor coil.
  • Clean blower assembly.
  • Lubricate indoor and outdoor motors.
  • Check belts and air filters (clean and replace if provided by owner).
  • Check air and water flow.
  • Inspect thermostat.
  • Inspect operating controls.
  • Inspect safety controls.
  • Inspect refrigerant lines.
  • Check refrigerant connections and pressures.
  • Clear drain lines and treat drain pan.
  • Priority response. **
  • Discount on service call and repair work. *

 

GAS HEAT PLAN
Annual Preventative Maintenance //
This service is performed annually during the plan life and includes:
  • Clean blower assembly.
  • Check pilot burner.
  • Lubricate all motors on burner, blower, and circulars.
  • Check belts and air filters (clean or replace if provided by owner).
  • Inspect chamber or heat exchanger.
  • Check air and water flow.
  • Inspect thermostat.
  • Test gas pressure.
  • Inspect flue pipe (clean if necessary).
  • Inspect operating controls.
  • Inspect safety controls.
  • Priority Response. **

HEAT PUMP PLAN
Annual Preventative Maintenance //
This service is performed bi-annually during the plan life and includes:
  • Chemically clean indoor, if accessible and outdoor coil (temperature permitting).
  • Clean blower assembly.
  • Lubricate indoor and outdoor motors.
  • Check reversing value.
  • Check belts and air filters (clean or replace if provided by owner).
  • Check air and water flow.
  • Inspect thermostat.
  • Inspect operating controls.
  • Inspect safety controls.
  • Inspect refrigerant lines.
  • Check refrigeration connections and pressures.
  • Clear drain lines and treat drain pan (spring or summer only).
  • Priority Response. **

OIL PLAN

Annual Preventative Maintenance //
This service is performed bi-annually during the plan life and includes:
  • Clean blower assembly.
  • Check burner.
  • Lubricate all motors on burner, blower, and circulars.
  • Check belts and air filters (clean or replace if provided by owner).
  • Inspect chamber or heat exchanger.
  • Check air and water flow.
  • Inspect thermostat.
  • Check fuel pressure.
  • Replace oil filter, burner nozzle, and strainer.
  • Inspect flue pipe (clean if necessary).
  • Inspect operating controls.
  • Inspect safety controls.
  • Check oil tank and lines, where accessible.
  • Perform efficiency test.
  • Priority Response. **
